Where Heartfelt Traditions Begin
The Monte Bella Story
Monte Bella began as a family move from Bombay to the calmer hills of Mahabaleshwar in the 1980s, choosing well-being over city life. Over decades, the house grew with three daughters, a small hospital, cousins on holidays, forest walks, picnics, and many rescue dogs.
Through deep losses and big changes, Monte Bella stayed the family's anchor. Today, it's a warm, lived-in holiday home—filled with old furniture, travel souvenirs, family photos, and shared recipes—where guests are welcomed into an ongoing, very real story.
